Offered for your consideration is this Williams/Lionel Hybrid General Electric E60 Diesel Locomotive.  It is painted and lettered for

The engine is made up of a Lionel 4-wheel chassis with a Williams Reproduction Lines Shell.  Overall, the engine is in great shape.  It has one cosmetic problem...One of the tabs which holds the springs for the pantograph is broken.  It is included along with the spring.  PANTAGRAPH STILL RAISES AND LOWERS.
Tested prior to the listing, the engine ran in both forward and reverse.  It switched from forward to neutral to reverse and back as expected.  Lights were also operational.
