Vintage Dentist tool Motor Emesco - very cool piece - plugged it in and it works - switch is not on/off its a reversing rotation switch - cord is a bit worn where it meets the base picture #10 .. has wear and lots of patina on the surface  model no 90N  hp 1/8  RPM 12000
