This is an old dental tool from Crescent Dental MFG Co.  I think it is a crown / bridge holder. The end at the top twists and moves the bottom pieces. This is old and the metal has some wear- marks of rust, dents, and scratches. The ends of the metal holders are chipped at the ends.  The wood handle also has a bit of wear and the initials RW carved on the handle. This is old and it has some wear, but it is in overall good condition for its age.  Please see pictures as this is being sold as is.
