In our opinion, the unit is in good cosmetic condition, showing surface wear consistent with age and use.   The motor is missing two wheels.   We are NOT sure if other parts are missing or if the motor is complete.  We have NOT tested the motor (wheels turn forward and reverse but need lubrication)  Should the unit need any parts or repairs, the buyer will be responsible.  This is being SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR,
