The dual layer system eliminates belt keepers by utilizing an inner belt which is worn like a normal belt.  The outer belt locks into to the inner belt with hook and loop ensuring an extremely secure fit.   High strength Micro Molle allows you to use standard duty pouches or Molle compatible pouches simultaneously.
