Description
Merchant advertising plate from South Omaha, Nebraska. Crosby-Kopiets-Casey Co., South Omaha, Lumber & Coal. Transfer of lilies on a pond with mountains in the background (how far away are mountains from Omaha?). Very good condition, no chips or cracks. Mark on the back is of the American China Company, Toronto, Ohio. This company (American China) was in business from the late 1890s to going out of business in 1910 so this is a nice old plate. 10" diameter, heavy and solid plate, shipping weight will be over 3 pounds.
