POSTWAR LIONEL No. 41 U.S. ARMY TRANSPORTATION CORPS  SWITCHER
LOT DESCRIPTION:
As the title says this lot consists of a POSTWAR LIONEL No. 41 U.S. ARMY TRANSPORTATION CORPS  SWITCHER. Made in the 1955-57 time period it comes with  a three position e-unit, operating couplers on each end  and it is all original Post War Lionel.
DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION:
Switcher is in really great shape.  The often broke window struts are all perfect. No cracks , breaks or chips  anywhere on the shell, the screw holes are perfect.  The color, lettering and numbers are all bright and clear. Railings are fine as is the frame, trucks, drive rods, couplers  and rollers they are all in great shape.          All in all a really great looking loco that IMHO   I would rate it as in C-7, excellent  condition but take a good look at the pictures and you be the judge for the pictures are part of the description and say more than my words ever can.
WORKING CONDITION:
I have cleaned, lubed and tested the loco and it runs and reverses perfectly and the e-unit cycles fine.
