Postwar Lionel 2037 Steam Engine with 233W Tender

Tested prior to the listing, the engine ran in forward and reverse. The three-position directional unit worked as it should.  Headlight was also operational.  The engine had a repair done to the rear left corner of the chassis (it was cracked).  Both back corners were then repainted.  (Refer to close-ups)
The 233W tender was paired with the engine from 1961-1963.  The whistle worked when energized.
Both engine and tender should probably be cleaned and the lubricated prior to running.
