This is an interesting Philippines "Tabak" - short sword or cutlass - with a date of 1930 on the blade.
The blade features significant engraving and the hilt is of strong, excellent condition bone.
This is a serious weapon, most likely from the Moro people of the Southern Mindanao area in the Philippines.
