Mint Lionel #2383 Santa Fe F3/OBs ..In my opinion they are Mint.. I Have had these since the 1990s they show no run time, the cabs are 100%orignal & decals also. The front aprons have a couple of scuffs as shown, Boxes are firm and the perforated front still intact a little separation on a corner. Please look at the pictures because pictures are part of the description, Have any questions ?? Just ask .
