MARINER Star, GAM? Girl Scout INSIGNIA-RANK, OUR OWN TROOP? Blue on White FELT

MARINER GIRL SCOUT INSIGNIA
Award for GAM?  or  RANK?
“Mariner Girl Scouts” was deemed official in 1934.
I have a rare uniform listed from that time.
Along with that uniform came three large felt stars.
I cannot find anything that refers to these, so I’m guessing they are from a Mariner GAM (Gathering of all Mariners,) OR, possibly a type of “Troop’s Own,” or “Council’s Own.”
These two are dark blue felt nicely sewn onto heavy slightly off-white felt.
Notice the stitches are part of the beauty.  I have one
