Lionel prewar 153 small electric locomotive in dark green Very nice C6 shape

Description

At auction to the highest bidder in this 7 day auction is this very nice small Lionel Corp electric 153 locomotive.  Looks all original and only missing the headlight light socket and bulb.  Untested, but both pickup rollers there along with original wiring from nearly 100 years ago.  Couplers have some oxidation.  One end some tiny paint chips.  Gold rubber stamping present and slightly dull, but apparant under the right light.  See my other Lionel auctions this week.  High bidder to pay US postage from my zip to yours.

The diecast wheels turn freely and all teeth are present and mesh together.  When I applied power the motor didn't move.

The reverse wafer is inside, but I don't see the wire lever.  This could be why current isn't running to the motor, but orignal electrical wires are there.
