Lionel Postwar # 2348 M&StL GP-9 Diesel Locomotive. Tested and it works great. Runs F-N-R, strong magnetraction, lights work, no shell cracks. No battery damage. Box has writing on it, see photos. No instruction sheet. Horn is too finicky so its there but not tested.
Great for the train room shelf or run it on your layout. Its a great engine!

Buyer agrees that if an item is damaged in shipment they will work with the me as the seller in  filing and supporting any damage claim to the insured shipper. The buyer is required to process the insurance claim. I will furnish any required documentation needed to initiate the claim. Save all packing for postal inspection along with the item. The postal service will reimburse you - the buyer - in part or fully based upon the extent of the damage or lost parcel. (which is all in accordance with the EBay return policy). Remember the postal service is not perfect and while I try to carefully pack every item, neither am I. You are bidding on the item as shown and described. Please remember this is a toy and over 60 years old. It may have some signs of minor wear not otherwise described herein.

Shipped only to contiguous 48 USA states NO International Shipping, no exceptions (sorry Canada). If you are planning on using a P O Box for delivery, please advise in advance as I generally don't ship to PO Boxes including APO and FPO, as well as domestic USPS PO Boxes.
