    Description

    Lionel No. 1656 / 6403B "Lionel Lines" 0-4-0 Steam Switcher, Black with operating bell.
    The engine and tender are both complete and are in like new condition.  The engine has been beautifully restored.  The tender is completely original.
    The engine was tested and it runs good.  The reverse unit and headlight work.  The bell, light and couplers on the tender all work.  The tender has metal trucks with operating coupler.  The trucks are very clean.
