Lionel 726 Vintage O Berkshire 2-8-4 Steam Locomotive & 2426W Tender, Running

One cool locomotive and tender.... The locomotive runs well and has been cleaned.  The whistle in the tender appears not to work, but that may be because I don't know how to operate it.  I just noticed electrical connectors in the locomotive that may operate the tender.
As you can see, they were clearly loved..... The decals have deteriorated on the one side in particular.  and the metal along the wheels could use a good cleaning.  The best thing it could use would be a full restoration if you wish to have it look and run optimally.
If you want to keep it as is, it does run and has that authentic look and feel of an antique.
