This is a Lionel 28202 Conrail SD-80 MAC Lionmaster Diesel Locomotive. The SD-80MAC represents the pinnacle of modern EMD power. With a high horsepower rating and over 180,000 lbs. of starting tractive effort, these brute diesels haul long lines of cargo over some of the steepest grades. Fully featured, TMCC-equipped model of these Special Duty brutes is selectively proportioned to better match traditional-sized Lionel rolling stock and smaller-sized layouts. This Loco has the following features: TrainMaster Command Control equipped with the ability to run in Command Control Mode or in Conventional Transformer Control Mode, RailSounds sound system with CrewTalk communication and TowerCom announcements, Odyssey System for speed control, Directional lighting including LED headlights and operating classification lights, Two ElectroCouplers, Dual powerful maintenance-free motors with momentum flywheels, Four traction tires, Fan-driven smoke unit, Die-cast metal pilots, trucks and fuel tank, Metal frame, Separately applied metal details, Lighted number boards, Lighted cab interior, and Engineer figures. Operates on O31 track or wider.
