    Locomotive and tender come as shown in the condition shown. Side of tender has a scratch in its finish as can be seen in photos and one tire-traction tire will need replacing(included). Sorry NO owner's manaul. I was only able to bench test in Conventional Mode and am not able to test the TMCC features. Everything worked as it it should in Conventional.
