This spectacular bird tree by famed artist Manfred Scheel features 11 different miniature carved birds in wood and acrylic. Some of the birds include a robin, jay or titmouse, pileated woodpecker, a finch and more. Altogether, 11 birds are posed on a tree in this evocative piece of original folk art, which is signed on the bottom M.K, Scheel and hand-dated 21. The entire ensemble stands 17" tall and is in excellent/near mint condition.
