S60N, Circa 1800's India. Heavy sword for palace guards and executioners of the court, tulwar style grip of wrought steel, profusely engraved and richly inlaid in masterful patterns of silver, same craftsmanship is repeated more boldly in the massive steel blade, which tapers wider to the point for an awesome 32", each side of blade is sculpted and engraved and silver inlaid in entirely different designs, watered steel patterns complete the finish of the flat surface with birds eye design, all original, overall 37.5", ship weight is 12 pounds.
