    Description

    This plate, which measures approx. 8 1/2" in diameter and weights a bit over 12 oz., shows a picture of the drafting of the Declaration of Independence. The twelve months of the year calendars that are on the outside edges are from 1910 (so I'm guessing that these date this plate??)  Also inscribed "Compliments of O. Tufteland, Dell Rapids, S.D. The Store That Saves You Money". The underside of the plate has "Dresden China". Now, I don't know much about china, nor do I know if this is authentic. But there are hundreds of small age lines on the top and bottom. There don't appear to be any cracks, but there are a few small "stipples" or indents on various spots. This will ship in a USPS Medium Priority Rate box.
