Dentifricio Kofler Vintage Dental Advertising Glass Tray Italian Tooth Powder

I have here something that I am not exactly sure about. I do know it's marked Dentifricio Kofler. Kofler was a company in Italy that appears to have made personal hygiene products. I can only find a few advertising posters out there.
This piece measures about 8" x 6". It's oval in shape. Has a round concave area at the bottom of the oval and a lip around the outside of the oval. There are 4 holes where "feet" were probably placed, maybe to keep it from sliding?
There are no large chips, cracks or scratches. There are a few small "flea bites" on the bottom of the edge, see photos.
I am starting the listing price high because I honestly have no idea, please feel free to make offers! If you know anything about it, please share!
