Very Nice Crown Devon Charger. This features a black picture in the center that has 5 men from the 1400-1700 era wearing tail coats and wigs examining wine in a wine glass with their butler in the back. There is a dark tan ground with black around the rim and silver trim. The outside border has raised floral and foliage scrolling with dots and lines. The base is stamped with the Crown Devon backstamp. This measures 13 1/2" Wide rim to rim.
