Dolly is used and shows expected scuffs and scrapes from normal use, but looks good overall cosmetically.  All of the dollies do roll, but the wheels are worn as shown in the pictures.

You will also need to have someone available to sign off that the item was delivered in good condition. Please do not accept a delivery on an item that appears to be damaged, as we will have no recourse once you sign off that you have accepted the package as it is.
