Size small. Anvil is the maker. No holes I can see but a couple of small grease spots and a tiny bleach speck on the bottom righ side on the backside of the shirt.  Plenty of fade on this beauty. Check pics well
Grease spots are in the front side towards the bottom left and a very small ones on the rightside.
