    Offered for sale is a
    vintage BRASS Scale Model O Gauge 2-Rail
    SD-40
    type DIESEL LOCO, measures about 17" Long.  Unknown maker, probably long out of production.  Comes from a very old O Scale collection.  Being Sold as a FIX / PARTS DEAL!
    Motor tested good
    - when powered up with 12 volts DC current, the motor and drive trucks ran well.
    This is a very old scale model
    , likely factory built, has many scale detail parts and some needs as well.
    There are some needs- some railing joints need solder, loose railings, missing railing parts, typical age tarnish.
    Overall, this vintage scale model engine looks in good to fair shape and appears mostly complete, aside from the tarnish and railing issues mentioned.

    -will ship with care, in a sturdy box with foam padding, via cheapest way usps priority mail.  Ship weight boxed is about  6 lbs. Box 18x7x7"
