    Art Deco CROWN DEVON FIELDINGS Ruby Red Luster Gold MODANE Open Sugar and Creamer
    A lovely elegant open sugar and creamer with gilt interior and handle, decorated with gold vine leaves and mottled ruby red and black in background.
    Creamer
    height 2 1/2in or 6cm. Sugar bowl height 4 1/4in or 4.75cm. Has usual Crown Devon Fieldings base stamp and hand-painted initials L99. Creamer also has impressed MODANE SS mark, part of Crown Devon's popular Modane line from the Art Deco era. In very good to excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. Vermeil lining shows some crazing inside the creamer and there is a scratch below the spout. Sugar bowl lining in impeccable condition.
