Photos show everything. Not sure the age, differently very old. And guessing 1940s, possibly 1950s. Possibly earlier, based on the address on the box. It was definitely before zip codes. Comes in the condition shown, in the original box, with instructions. The box shows wear and use, but corners are not broken. This is an awesome dental / medical collectible.
