The NEW CENTURY STEEL TOOTH FORMS were used to facilitate the making of crowns
The crown form set was made by the Central Tool Company, Auburn, R.I.
This crown form set was patented in 1910
This item was sold solely by The S.S. White Dental MFG. CO.
You can read the instructions on the use of forms in the lid of the box
The wood box is in good condition and the two closure latchs work and the hinges are intact
There are stains and wear on the box
The set is complete and the box contains 150 Crown Forms and excessory tools
The box measures 17.5"W x 7 1/8"D  x 2"H
