Offered for your consideration is this "XMAS 1910 COMPLIMENTS OF CHAS. VAUK & SONS, TABOR, S.D." South Dakota Large Historical Plate (Chas Vauk was born in 1858 & died in 1937). This Christmas plate with a rose floral center carries a mid-plate embossed beaded ribbon and double bow border. It measures approx. 10-7/8" in diameter & has a gold trim highlights & is in amazing vintage condition with no chips or cracks, but it does have some age crazing which is to be expected with something this old. The roses decoration has some wear, but the gold lettering & other graphics are still vibrant & crisp. All of our items come from a non-smoking home.
